The BIIAB Scottish Certificate for Personal Licence Holders (SCPLH) is for those wishing to obtain a personal licence in Scotland
To obtain a personal licence you must apply to the Licensing Board for the area in which you live. The BIIAB Scottish Certificate for Personal Licence Holders (SCPLH) qualification covers the syllabus set by the Scottish Government to enable candidates to understand the law and covers all you need to know about the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 and the responsibilites attached to the retail sale of alcohol.
