To obtain a personal licence you must apply to the Licensing Board for the area in which you live. This qualification covers the syllabus set by the Scottish Government to enable candidates to understand the alw and covers all you need to know about the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 and the responsibilites attached to the retail sale of alcohol.
