The South West Region of BII, the professional body for the licensed retail industry, is inviting licensees to look for green shoots in their business this Spring.

The Anglia Region of BII is giving local licensees every reason to be positive and proactive with the first regional lunch and event of 2009. The event takes place on Wednesday 11th March at Woodforde’s Broadland Brewery in Woodbastwick, Norwich, and is followed by lunch at the nearby Fur and Feather Inn.

Roasting, grilling and steaming a variety of food are among the skills that candidates will learn from the new Level 2 Award in Cooking Theory and Practice (ACTP) launched by BIIAB, the dedicated awarding body for the licensed retail sector.

Licensed retail industry figurehead Martin Read of training company Inn-Dispensable will be headlining at the BII Wessex Region AGM and lunch on Tuesday 27th January 2009 in Swindon.
