BIIAB Level 1 Award in Alcohol Awareness (AAA) and the Scottish Certificate in Alcohol Awareness (SCAA)
The other major component of the BII Schools Project is the BIIAB Level 1 Award in Alcohol Awareness (AAA) and the Scottish Certificate in Alcohol Awareness (SCAA).
The qualifications are designed so that they can be taught by teachers in schools and also by tutors in BIIAB approved training centres. The qualifications cover areas such as:

what alcohol is and what it does
-
the effects and dangers of alcohol
-
alcohol and the law
-
being responsible
-
the contribution that the licensed retail industry makes.
