Replacement Certificates

1. What do I need to do?
   To order a replacement certificate please complete the order form and return it to BIIAB as shown on the form.

2. How much will it cost? 
   The price of replacement certificates is £21.60 (inc VAT).  You will find the price of BIIAB duplicate certificates on the order form.

3. How can I pay?
   You can pay by credit/debit card, cheque or postal order.  Please note that if paying by cheque or postal order, payment must be enclosed with the order form or it will not be processed.

4. How long will it take?
   Please allow at least 10 working days from receipt of the order form at BIIAB.
