Foundation Membership

BII understands that beginning a career in the licensed retail industry can be a daunting prospect. So along with other things we have devised a membership category and exclusive package of member benefits, to provide you with all the help you need.

BII will help you from your initial thought of joining the industry, through to gaining work experience, helping you progress within your career and then maybe even end up running your own pub / bar. BII will be there to support you through the whole journey.

So to help starting that journey, we are offering all BII apprentices a year’s complimentary Foundation membership once signed up for a BII apprenticeship. This level of membership has been specifically designed for people starting a career within the licensed trade.
