The Hospitality Apprenticeship Awards recognise practical skills, competence and achievement from each of the different work areas in hospitality and will build on the successful framework of Awards launched in 2010 when three categories of Award were introduced:
* Hospitality Apprentice of the Year
* Hospitality Apprentice Employer of the Year
* Hospitality Apprentice Provider of the Year
